Training and music is definitely on the list but lately I have realised i like cooking although i haven’t explored a lot but gradually i’ll try things and reading would be a add on to it.
* I train with calm energy but my workouts still hit hard * I don’t shout reps- i guide them * Also I secretly judge people’s squat form everywhere i go
Insight which has shaped me as a coach is to put myself in a client’s shoe and plan things accordingly to achieve their fitness goals. I feel learning is a flowing process where i can learn things from them where they can learn things from me on our training journey
